We're Prescott Brothers Inc., and we've been a local car dealership and auto repair shop here in Mendota, IL, since 1929. We believe in taking pride in excellent service for the families in our community, offering auto repair, new and preowned vehicles. Was driving through on cross country trip in my Ram PROMASTER Winnebago camper van check engine light came on and a message on my unconnected that I needed to go to authorized dealer for update. I contacted Prescott Brothers in Mendota and spoke with Kyle. He told me if I got in any day this week he would take it in and look at it. I got there Wednesday morning about 8:15 and they took my van right in! Turns out Kyle needed to order a part for something to do with heat sensor? Anyway he ordered part and scheduled me to come back in on Friday!! I am staying at a state campground approximately 40 minutes east of Prescott Brothers. So this worked out great for me. Also, this morning, Thursday, I got a call from them letting me know part was in and they would see me on Friday. Amazing!! I am just so impressed with the professionalism, customer service and kindness of all the people at Prescott Brothers, special shoutout to Kyle. Highly, highly recommend Prescott Brothers of Mendota Illinois.
